Eric Parnes is admitted to practice by New York State, Maryland and Washington DC. Immigration and naturalization law is limited exclusively to all 50 states and US territories pursuant to 8 USC 1292.1. He holds a J.D. from Cardozo Law New York, a M.A and B.A. from New York University. He has appeared on Fox News, New York Post, Newsmax, The Daily Mail, USA Today, Bangkok Post, Voice of America Thailand, The Thai Examiner, PPTV 36, Thailand Channel 7 and Thairath TV.

Parnes co authored a presentation for the Financial Markets Law Committee via the Bank of England, and an advisory presentation as the U.S. delegation to the Future Forces Forum in Prague, Czech Republic,

Parnes experience in business law has provided a unique integration within immigrant related business, family and estate matters. Parnes’ dedication to his clients and his creative solutions have also been influenced by his passion for art. Parnes has volunteered with LegalAid New York, worked at the Citizens Crime Commission of New York and supports The Center for Art Law through his artwork.

Parnes is happily married and an amateur archeologist. When he is not on a dig he is reading about NASA projects during the 1970s-1980s.
